With patented key control you will have complete control over who has keys to your locks. No more wondering if someone you gave or lent a key to, ran to the nearest hardware or big box home improvement store and made duplicate keys to your locks. Only you are authorized to request additional keys. A unique authorization card is issued with each key combination, and is required to order additional keys in the future. Medeco accomplishes this by owning the patent on their technology, therefore no other key blank manufacturer is permitted by law to reproduce their key blanks. Medeco strictly enforces their key duplication policies through their dealers.

Return Policy: We do not accept returns on unsealed products. In order to return a defective item a support ticket is needed. To receive a ticket, please contact Medeco directly at 800-839-3157 or visit their support page here. Once you have the ticket contact UHS Hardware for the return.
