Autel G-BOX2 - Mercedes Benz & BMW Adapter For Autel Key Programmer IM508 / IM608
The Autel G-BOX2 is an adapter for Autel Key Programmer tablets like the IM508 (with XP400) and IM608, designed to streamline key programming for Mercedes-Benz DAS3 CAN EIS/EZS systems in All Keys Lost scenarios. It accelerates password calculations (4x to 8x faster), supports fast mode on vehicle and bench, reads and writes Bosch ECU data on BMW F chassis and Volkswagen MQB, and enables DME/DDE ISN reading and writing in Boot Mode for BMW. Operations are simplified, with no key insertions/removals needed for post-2009 W216/W164 models, and it reduces the reading time for W204 ECU data and W207 EIS by over 85%. Autel APB112 Smart Key Simulator for Autel Key Programmer
The APB112 smart key simulator is used to collect the data sent from the ignition coil, aiming to identify the ignition coil troubles and decode the data of the vehicle key chip. Autel im608 pro II kit is it worth the money?

Absolutely Not.
1. It comes with cheap charging cable, the j2534 usb to tablet cable connection got pushed in, the obd on both the jbox and cable are cheap and hard to connect, it feels like there are going to break.
2. I had 3 customers with different toyota models, camry, rav4, tacoma that the autel was not able to program. Only the camry customer came back and I was able to program it with toyota scan tool. “ I sent a vehicle report with autel and there were not able to take care of this issue.”
3. I was trying to program a 2006 mercedes c240 for 2 hours with autel and it was stuck at 40%. I was using hot spot for internet. The vehicle then got towed to a shop with excellent wifi and super fast internet and it was programmed in 1/2 hour. If you are mobile tech/ locksmith this will may not be for you.
4. Autel is still lacking on updating to newer vehicles, example on Mitsubishi outlander in only goes to 2019 on diagnostic and immobilizer, and I bought this tool 2023. There are also vehicles that are not on the list at all like fiat 500 e. And other’s.
I hope this helps you guys on your next purchase if any from uhs. I feel like they are all about numbers and not about customer service since uhs & autel have not been able to take care of any of the issues
