Came with battery installed. Programmed with IM508s and ADC-2011 cable. Worked perfectly.

Not exactly the same as the original.

I had to cut a few pieces of plastic before I could transfer the old electronics into the new form. But it still came out with no noticeable difference. At least the new key FOB doesn't have worn out buttons. No need to reprogram. That's a waste of time and money.
